For now static schedule is available for this cities: UK (London, Birmingham, Glasgow, Manchester, Liverpool, Newcastle, Portsmouth, Cambridge); Stockholm; Helsinki; Russia (Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Kazan). To activate this feature go to App settings > Prayer Times Calculation > Static Schedule.
